1. What is an eBook?
An eBook is an electronic version of a traditional print book that can be read on a personal computer using an eBook reader. Popular readers include Adobe reader, Microsoft reader and DNL Reader. The most common method of buying an eBook is to download from a website.

2. Do I need to download a Reader to read 4GMAT's eBooks?
Yes. These eBooks have been authored as .dnl files. You have to download and install the DNL Reader in your computer to be able to use this eBook.

The DNL Reader is available as a Free Dowload.

3. How many times will I be able use the eBook?
There is no upper limit on the number of times you can open and read the book. You can use it as long as you want. However, the use is restricted to the computer on which you installed and activated the eBook the first time.

4. Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use the eBook?
To activate the eBook for the first time, you have to be connected to the Internet. Once the eBook is activated, you can use it any number of times without connecting to the Internet. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO READ THE EBOOK ONLY ON THE COMPUTER IN WHICH YOU ACTIVATED (THE COMPUTER IN WHICH THE PAYMENT WAS MADE) THE BOOK. i.e., You CANNOT pay for the eBook on one computer and use it on another computer.

5. How long will it take to activate the eBook after the payment is made?
The process of activation takes places instantly as soon as the payment is successfully processed.

6. Is it possible to activate the book offline?
No. Please note that we donot offer OFFLINE ACTIVATION OF THE EBOOK.

7. What happens if the computer on which the eBook was downloaded crashes and requires a reinstallation of the eBook?
If your computer system crashes and you reinstall the eBook on the same hardware you will be prompted to enter the CODE to unlock the eBook. This CODE would have been sent to the email id given by you at the time of registration. It is automatically sent as soon as you complete the registration process. So, please save the email and if required take a print out and keep it for future reference.

8. Who offers the payment gateway?
The entire process of Digital Rights Management of the eBook and the payment processing is done by DNAML Pty Ltd., Australia. You can visit their website at www.dnldrm.com. DNAML uses a secured payment gateway to process your purchase.

9. Can I print the contents of the eBook?
No. It is not possible to print the contents of the eBook.
